What Norman’s Been Up To

Yesterday was a busy day for Norman. He began his day at the 14th Street L station, handing out flyers, and shooting the breeze with New York’s commuters. Later in the day, after a few meetings, Norman attended a campaign forum at Fountain Houses, an organization dedicated to the rehabilitation of those with mental illnesses. I’d say more about it but I wasn’t there.

In the evening, Norman spoke at the Williams, a senior home on the Upper West Side, and I must say, it was quite the lively forum. Norman spoke about the decline of small business among other things, and then had a little Q & A with the audience.

And then, Norman walked over to the Council of Orthodox Jewish Organizations candidate forum where he spoke for approximately fifteen minutes. He was joined by the other Democratic candidates for Public Advocate, as well as various candidates for City Comptroller.

Moving to the present, Norman is currently at the ARGUS – AIDS Candidate Forum, where he hopes to engage in a serious discussion with his opponents about what role the Public Advocate can play in taking on HIV/AIDS.

Then tonight, Norman will be in Park Slope participating in a debate sponsored by the Booker T. Washington Business League. If you’re interested in attending, feel free to give us a call at 212-481-5423, and we’ll do our best to get you in there.
